KATHMANDU, Oct 12: India Ambassador in Nepal Ranjit Rae has reached Balkot, personal residence of newly elected Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, to congratulate him for being elected to the post.
Rae reached Oli residence at around 8 am this morning.
On Sunday afternoon, Chinese ambassador to Nepal Wu Xunthai had congratulated PM Oli reaching CPN-UML party headquarters at Dhumbarahi.
On Sunday, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had congratulated newly-elected prime minister KP Sharma Oli in a telephone conversion and assured him of taking initiatives to resolve the ongoing crisis.
