1. Risk Department (Head Office) – 1 No
Position: Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager
Required Qualification:
> Master’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 2 years of experience in Financial institution. Age should not exceed 40 years.
2. IT Incharge – 1 No
Position: Asst. Manager
Required Qualification:
> Master’s degree in IT from recognized University with minimum 2 years of experience in IT field and preference shall be given to those who got prior experience in banking and financial institution. Age should not exceed 40 years.
3. Marketing Department – 1 No
Position: Officer
Required Qualification:
> Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing department. Age should not exceed 40 years.
4. Operations Department- 1 No
Position: Officer
Required Qualification:
> Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 2 years of experience in Financial institution. Age should not exceed 40 years.
5. Card Department (Head Office)- 1 No
Position: Supervisor/Officer/Sr. Officer
Required Qualification:
> Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 2 years of experience in Financial institution. Age should not exceed 40 years.
6. Credit Department (Head Office / Bhairahawa Branch – 3 No
Position: Jr. Officer/Officer
Required Qualification:
> Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 2 years of experience in Financial institution. Age should not exceed 40 years.
7. Position: Sr. Assistant/Assistant – 3 No
Required Qualification:
> 10+2 or equivalent in Management with minimum 1 year of experience in Financial institution for Assisant/Sr. Assistant. Age should not exceed 30 years.
8. Position: Junior Assistants (Any Bank branches including Head Office) – 26 No
Required Qualification:
> 10+2 or equivalent. Prior experience is not mandatory. Age should not exceed 25 years.
Other Special Requirement
Applicants should disclose age and marks/percentage/CGPA for each level of education after SLC or equivalent.
They must have computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. All candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali languages.
