- Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited
Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (CBBL) had auctioned its ordinary right shares and promoter right shares to the general public from Ashwin 20 and the auction will last till Ashwin 27 (today).
The microfinance bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till today at the NMB Capital Limited located at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
The bid will be opened on Ashwin 28 (tomorrow).
The microfinance has been selling 23,467 units of ordinary right share and 3,970 units promoter right share after the rights shares issued on Shrawan 12 were not fully subscribed by the investors. It had offered 2:1 ratio right shares.
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. NMB Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction.
The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 00100001853F of the NMB Bank Limited.
Chimmek Laghubitta Bikas Bank had earned net profit of Rs 16.31 crore in its fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
The last trading price of CBBL stood at Rs 1735 on October 11, 2015.
2. Prudential Insurance Company Limited
Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) has auctioned its ordinary right shares to general public from Ashwin 21 and today is the closing day for the same.
The insurance company has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Ashwin27 (today) at the Global IME Capital Limited located at Ratriya Nach Ghar, Jamal, Kathmandu.
The bid will be opened on Ashwin 29.
The insurance company is selling 4,367 units of ordinary right share after the rights shares issued on Shrawan 6 were not fully subscribed by the investors. It had offered 5:1 ratio right shares.
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100.
Global IME Capital limited is the issue manager for this auction.
The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 0010000396CCof the Citizens Bank International Limited.
Prudential Insurance had earned a net profit of Rs 8.69 crore in its fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
The last trading price of PICL stood at Rs 494 on October 11, 2015.
