Executive – Merchant Banking

Minimum Qualification Requirement:
> Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Finance from a University recognized by the Government of Nepal (GON) at least in first division or CGPA 3 out of 4.
> Minimum 3 years of work experience in merchant banking or capital market
> Age not exceeding 40 years as of November 15, 2017.
Job Summary:
This is a position which requires exploring business opportunities in the market, tapping them, delivering professional & time bound services to clients, reviewing existing systems and processes & re-engineer them for better service delivery. The responsibility also involves preparation of the budget for the unit and action plan for its achievement within envisaged time with the responsibility to supervise units like issue management, depository & RTA functions. The said personnel shall also work closely with the Chief Executive Officer-Nabil Invest as required.
Candidates should have:
> Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
> Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
> Good interpersonal and communication skills.
