1. HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT
Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum of 7 years of relevant and progressive work experience in proactively managing risks related to Credit, Market, Liquidity and Operations in context of commercial banks. Candidate must possess sound knowledge in identification, monitoring, control, mitigation and management of possible risks. Candidate must be able to monitor compliance with the risk policies ensuring consistent application across the bank. S/he must also be aware and be able to apply new trends, developments and best practices in risk management techniques. Candidates applying for the position must have Masters Degree in business related field or relevant discipline from recognized university.
2. BRANCH MANAGER (a number of positions for Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressive work experience in financial institutions with focus in Credit, Marketing, Operations and Trade Finance. Candidate must have ability to manage in a geographically and culturally dispersed working environment and be responsible for business growth of branch office maintaining excellent customer service standards. Candidates with previous work experience as Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager in financial institutions inside and / or outside Kathmandu Valley preferred. 3. OFFICER LEVEL (a number of positions for Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressive work experience in financial institutions with focus in credit and/ or treasury functions. Candidates should possess sound working knowledge on NRB Directives and other relevant banking rules and regulations. Candidates applying for the position must have Bachelors Degree in business related field or relevant discipline from recognized university.
4. INTERNAL AUDIT (a number of positions)
Required Experience and Qualification: CA/ACCA with a minimum of 2 years of post qualification experience or Masters Degree in business related field or relevant discipline from recognized university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressive work experience in audit. The candidate must possess knowledge on NRB Directives, BAFIA 2063, Company Act 2063, Income Tax Act 2058, NAS/IAS/IFRS/NFRS, Risk Based Internal Audit, IT Audit, AML Guidelines and other relevant banking rules and regulations.
5. SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND IT OPERATIONS OFFICER (a number of positions)
Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum of 2 years of relevant and progressive work experience as IT Supervisor in ‘A’ class financial institution. The candidate must have sound technical and working knowledge in Pumori Plus Core Banking System, Windows Domain Controller, Email Server, Network Security Devices and VMWare. Candidates applying for the position must have minimum of Bachelors in Computer Science / Bachelors in Computer Engineering / Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Bachelors degree in relevant discipline from recognized university.
6. NETWORK AND SECURITY ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (a number of positions)
Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum of 1 year of relevant and progressive work experience in Network and Security Administration. The candidate must be competent in administering, maintaining and monitoring of servers and network (Windows, Servers and Firewall/ Switch Devices). Candidates must also be able to install, maintain and support network infrastructures, ensure smooth system administration (AD, Mail, etc) and provide support and maintenance of IT Systems. Preference will be given to the candidate with working experience in MCSE, CCNA. Candidates applying for the position must have minimum of Bachelors in Computer Science / Bachelors in Computer Engineering / Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Bachelors degree in relevant discipline from recognized university.
7. TRAINEE ASSISTANT (a number of positions for Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Minimum Requirement: Bachelors degree in business related field from recognized university securing at least 50% marks with fluency in Nepali and English (oral and written). Age of the applicant should not have crossed 28 years as on 13th March 2016.
Applicants for above positions must have Computer Literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
